Terms of Service

Welcome to Lane Pro Wire LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By engaging our services, requesting an estimate, approving a proposal, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Scope of Services
The Company provides professional electrical services as described in written estimates, proposals, service agreements, or invoices. Work performed is limited strictly to the scope outlined in the approved estimate or contract.
Any additional work requested outside of the original scope may require a written change order and may result in additional charges.
2. Estimates and Pricing
• All estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated and are for informational purposes only and are based on the best available information at the time. They do not constitute a fixed or binding price.
• The final invoice may vary based on actual time, materials, scope changes/change orders, or unforeseen circumstances. Client will be notified of any significant deviations whenever possible. Written acknowledgment and/or Verbal assent from Client are required to proceed with services. Typed/Signed letters, texts, and/or Emails are accepted forms of written acknowledgment. Phone calls and/or In-Person conversations are accepted forms of Verbal Assent.
• Estimates are based on visible and reasonably accessible conditions. Concealed or unforeseen conditions may result in additional charges.
3. Deposits and Payments
• A deposit may be required to secure scheduling, cover materials, or reserve equipment.
• Payment terms will be stated on the estimate or invoice.
• Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Late payments (21 days overdue) may be subject to service charges or interest as
permitted by law.
• The Company reserves the right to suspend or delay work for non-payment.
4. Scheduling and Access
• Client must provide safe and reasonable access to the work area, along with securing any pets or animals.
• Delays caused by restricted access, unsafe conditions, or failure to prepare the site may result in additional labor costs, changes in scope, or the nullification of any estimate or service agreement between The Company and Client.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, supply chain issues, permitting/inspection delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Permits and Inspections
Where required, permits and inspections will be handled as outlined in the estimate. Any associated fees may be included in the estimate or billed separately.
Compliance will be in accordance with applicable local and state electrical codes at the time of installation.
6. Customer Responsibilities
The customer agrees to:
• Ensure the work area is clear and accessible.
• Secure pets and ensure a safe working environment.
• Disclose known issues that may affect the scope of work.
• Obtain HOA or property management approvals if required.
7. Warranty and Service Calls
• We warrant our workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of completion.
• Manufacturer warranties apply to materials and equipment.
• Warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or work performed by others.
• If a return visit is requested and the issue is determined not to be related to our work, the visit may be billed as a service call.
8. Property Damage and Repairs
While care is taken to minimize disruption, certain installations may require cutting, drilling, or modification of walls or surfaces.
Unless specifically included in writing, patching, painting, drywall repair, or cosmetic restoration is not included in the scope of electrical work and is the responsibility of the Client.
9. Communications Consent (Calls, Text Messages, and
Emails)
By engaging our services, requesting an estimate, or providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from the Company, including phone calls, text messages (SMS/MMS), emails, and voicemail messages related to scheduling, project updates, estimates, invoices, service reminders, warranty matters, and other business-related communications.
You acknowledge and agree that:
• Communications may be sent using automated technology or prerecorded messages where permitted by law.
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.
• Consent to receive communications is not a condition of purchasing services.
• You may opt out of text message communications at any time by replying “STOP” to a message or by contacting us directly.
• Opting out of certain communications may affect scheduling notifications or service updates.
We do not sell or share your contact information with third parties for marketing purposes. Communications will be limited to matters related to our services unless you separately consent to receive marketing communications.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
• The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific services rendered.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or hidden defects.
11. Cancellations
• Cancellations may require advance notice.
• Deposits for special-order materials may be non-refundable.
• The Company reserves the right to cancel or refuse service due to unsafe conditions, code violations, or non-payment.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from services provided shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be handled in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee.
13. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated versions will be posted with a revised effective date.
